Giving Warning

Giving Warning

Employees may require warning if they violate or try to violate the discipline of the organization. However, warning should be given either for the betterment of the organization or of the employees concerned. If the warning is related to a particular person, it will be called particular warning. But if the warning is given to all the members of a group it will be known as general warning.
