Educating Employees and Prospective Consumers

Educating Employees and Prospective Consumers

Communication is done, in most cases, for educating the communicate. Internal communication may help educate managers and other employees in different ways. Seminars, workshops, conferences may educate managers about the latest principles and practices of management. Workers can also be educated in fire drills, security measures, productivity improvements etc. through oral, visual and audio-visual means of communication.
External communication, on the other hand, may be used to educate prospective customers about the uses and benefits of products and services offered. They may also be prohibited to use certain harmful products or services through communication.
